Moringa as a remedy for Insomnia

The Moringa leaf is comparatively an unheard name in spite of the fact that it has been found mentioned more than two thousand years before, and the World Health Organization has been observing and utilizing the tree for more than forty years now as a cheap health supplement in the poverty-stricken countries the world over.

 Since I taking the Zija (4 cans per day to dose up) my ankle was actually feeling better and I didn’t have the sharp pain I’ve been experiencing that the doctor says shouldn’t exist.  I didn’t bring any Zija on my trip to Asia as I didn’t have enough in my possession and I wanted to see if stopping the drink would have an effect.  It does have an effect and now 4 days after stopping the drink my ankle is killing me again.  I will go on and off the drink two more times to confirm the effectiveness but at this point I would say the affects of the Zija product are highly effective.  Look forward to getting home and making this take off.

A friend of mine gave me a case of Zija, and I have been drinking it since the end of December.
